Welcome to DREAMLABS LIMITED ("we," "our," or "us"), operating as Manni. We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using Manni, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (securely hashed).
  • Profile Information: Your name, manifestation goals, and preferences you share during onboarding.
  • User Content: Journal entries, affirmations, reflections, and messages you send to our AI coach.
  • Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or support requests you submit.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Usage Data: How you interact with the app, including features used, session duration, and engagement patterns.
  • Log Data: Error reports, crash logs, and diagnostic information to improve app stability.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
  • Personalize your AI coaching experience and daily affirmations
  • Process your subscription and manage your account
  • Send you important updates, notifications, and reminders you've requested
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats

4. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate our Service:

Anthropic (Claude AI): Powers our AI coaching feature. Your conversations are processed to provide personalized responses but are never used to train AI models. Anthropic retains data for up to 7 days for safety monitoring only, after which it is automatically deleted. We have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Anthropic that includes Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for lawful EU-US data transfers.

Supabase: Provides secure database infrastructure and user authentication services.

RevenueCat: Manages subscription payments and entitlements. We do not store your payment card details.

PostHog: Provides privacy-first analytics to help us improve the app experience. We use EU data residency and do not track personal content.

Apple App Store: Processes payments for subscriptions purchased through iOS.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL
  • Sensitive data is encrypted at rest in our databases
  • Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device
  • We use Row Level Security to ensure you can only access your own data
  • Regular security audits and monitoring for unauthorized access

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or legitimate business purposes.

For AI coaching conversations, our provider Anthropic retains conversation data for up to 7 days for safety monitoring purposes only, after which it is automatically deleted.

7. Your Rights and Choices

7.1 Access and Portability

You can request a copy of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will provide your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.

7.2 Correction

You can update your account information directly in the app settings, or contact us to correct any inaccurate personal data.

7.3 Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the app settings (Settings > Account > Delete Account). This will permanently remove all your personal data, including journal entries, manifestation goals, and conversation history.

7.4 Opt-Out

You can opt out of push notifications through your device settings. You can also manage email communications through your account preferences.

8. GDPR Rights (European Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Right to access your personal data
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to restrict processing
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object to processing
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time

  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights

We do not sell your personal information.

10. Children's Privacy

Manni is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete such information.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our service providers (including Anthropic for AI processing and Supabase for data storage) are located. For transfers from the European Economic Area (EEA), we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to ensure your data receives adequate protection. Our Data Processing Agreements with these providers include appropriate technical and organizational safeguards in compliance with GDPR.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
