1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Manni, operated by DREAMLABS LIMITED ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Manni mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Manni is an AI-powered personal development application that provides manifestation coaching, daily affirmations, journaling tools, and guided practices designed to help users achieve their personal goals. The Service uses artificial intelligence to deliver personalized content and responses.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the Service. By using Manni, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free and Premium Features

Manni offers both free features and premium subscription plans. Free users have access to limited daily features. Premium subscribers ("Manni Pro") have access to unlimited AI coaching, advanced features, and additional content.

5.2 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect your current subscription period

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods
• Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through the App Store must be made directly to Apple

5.4 Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for premium features. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit, post, or create through the Service ("User Content"), including journal entries, messages, and manifestation goals. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to submit User Content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempts to manipulate or exploit the AI system
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Specifically, the Service does not provide:

• Medical, mental health, or psychological advice or treatment
• Financial, investment, or legal advice
• Diagnosis of any medical or psychological conditions
• A substitute for professional healthcare, therapy, or counseling

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by DREAMLABS LIMITED and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Attempt to manipulate the AI to generate harmful or inappropriate content

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DREAMLABS LIMITED and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DREAMLABS LIMITED regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
