How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store settings: Open Settings → Tap your name → Subscriptions → Select Manni → Cancel Subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
In the Manni app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data, including journal entries and conversation history. This action cannot be undone.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Contact us at privacy@getmanni.app to request an export of your personal data. We'll provide it in a machine-readable format within 30 days.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your conversations and journal entries are not used to train AI models. Your data is only used to provide you with personalized coaching within the app.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Simply sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase your subscription. Your premium access will be automatically restored. If it doesn't appear immediately, try the "Restore Purchases" option in the app settings.
Is Manni available on Android?
Currently, Manni is only available on iOS. We're exploring Android development for the future—stay tuned!
